About the Event
Almost Yoga is a great program for anyone no matter the age, weight, or gender. We do simple stretches to warm up. we start off with chair yoga and concentrated breathing. And ending the program with some regular yoga poses, not too hard. everyone is welcome, bring a yoga mat or we may have one you can use.
