Get a Library Card
District Residents
District residents receive a free library card.
Bring a current photo ID and proof of your Randolph, Perry, or Washington County address ( a recent piece of mail or a bill in your name).
Non-Resident Cards
If you live outside the Randolph, Perry, or Washington County district limits, you can purchase a non-resident card. The cost is $45 until July 1, 2026. One annual payment covers your entire household, and nonresident cardholders have full access to all library services.
Bring a current photo ID, proof of address, and payment (cash, check, or credit card).
